They have insight into the rental market, and they’ll save you time by managing your rental search. I can look at websites for rentals, what is the local rental expert doing that I can’t do?

They know it is your intent to rent and you are hiring them for rental assistance, and they are THRILLED to serve you.

Can the expert help me with… townhomes, or single-family homes, or condos, apartments?

View the Rental Expert’s profile. It will indicate whether the expert uses only the MLS, only apartments, and/or provides an unbiased search across all sites where rentals are listed.

Can the local expert help me with schools?

View the Rental Expert’s profile to see whether they can discuss schools. Most of our experts are licensed real estate agents, and legally, they can't “steer” you to areas or recommend one school or district over another. Therefore, they are only able to provide you with published information or guide you to places where you can find that information.

What if my plans change after I buy?

Until we start the work you can switch cities, switch dates, or take a full refund. Once the session has happened, it has been delivered, so it is not refundable. Everything else stays flexible.

Do I have to start with the session?

No. If you already found the place, buy the lease review. If you cannot get to the city and want a Navigator to walk a property for you, buy the touring day. The session is for when you want the plan before the search.

How much does a relocation consultant cost?

$89 for a session with your Navigator. Everything else is on our services page.
